2-Day Full Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your booking within 2 days (48 hours) of payment. No questions asked.
1. Subscription Refunds (Owners)
Within 2 Days
Full refund of Pro (₹399) or Premium (₹999) subscription if cancelled within 2 days of purchase.
After 2 Days
No refund will be issued after the 2-day window. The subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period.
2. Student Payments
Important: Student hostel payments are made directly to hostel owners via UPI/Bank Transfer. Find-Hostel does not process these payments. For any payment disputes or refund requests related to hostel bookings, please contact the hostel owner directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@find-hostel.com with your booking/subscription ID
- Call us at +91 9666990673
- Use the "Request Refund" option in your dashboard (available for eligible bookings)
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Payment gateway charges (as applicable)
- Services already rendered or consumed
- Additional bed charges beyond subscription limits
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Hostel closure or non-availability
- Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
Please contact us immediately. We review such cases individually and may offer full or partial refunds outside the standard policy.
